Your holistic time changes means you need to get up at a time which your flight demands. If your flight is 3 in the morning you need to report at 2. Sometimes the flight times are odd like 3 in midnight. It is really disturbing at times because this profession disturbs your sleeping pattern You don't get much holidays means there are no specific holidays example in a normal business there is holiday on Sunday but in aviation business you don't get holidays on specific day or festivals like Diwali , holi or raksha bandan.
